Plan Development

Your lot layout defines the three dimensional building envelope, from
which we develop your plan in stages. There will be many chances for collaboration, discussion and sharing ideas. The path described below is typical but can vary with the unique nature of each project.

• Conceptual Plan Development: Preliminary plans and elevations,accompanied by 3-D perspectives, assist in describing the spatial relationships. Plans are typically shared via email as a pdf attachment.
• Conceptual Plan Review: We will use a ‘Go To Meeting’ web format to actively walk through the plan with you, explaining the design decisions and options.
• Redline Feedback Set: Client makes redlined adjustments on the plans and feeds those suggestions and changes back to us. We will then review and discuss the changes with you before proceeding to the Final Presentation set.
• Final Presentation Set: Includes pdf set of drawings with plans, elevations, major cross section and a full color rendering. A final ‘Go To Meeting’ walk through is also included to ensure we have met all the design criteria.
