The final product is a preliminary plan set that clearly defines the aesthetic aspects of your project including window and door fenestration, proper architectural massing, efficient traffic flow, an embrace of the site views, path of sun, outdoor living and more. Attention to those special details truly make the house a home.

The final plan set also allows us to engage the Lindal Cedar Homes Dealer in a collaborative effort to compose the specifications, so that the order may be placed with Lindal Corporate for construction document development. Our experience and knowledge of the system allows for easier dissemination of the order though their system, resulting in quicker package delivery times and more efficient use of materials, for a value added experience. We also are uniquely situated near the Head Office to be able to act as the liaison with the Dealer to swiftly support the project from concept to completion.
