The central unit has a two car garage, while units 2 and 4 have an additional fourth floor that has a second master suite, loft, and balcony. All the units have two story living or great rooms with varied layouts that can be adjusted to suit the home buyers individual needs. Master suites can be on the main level or upper levels, kitchens can be larger or smaller, and the number of secondary bedrooms can be increased or decreased.
